How soon can i expect my shipment?
All orders with confirmed payment by 1:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day. If any items are out of stock or if there are delays, we will contact you within 2 business days.

What is the return policy at EcoJeannie?
Returning items back to EcoJeannie is as easy as buying from EcoJeannie. Contact Us EcoJeannie accepts returns on purchases that are damaged, defective or incorrect. In the event of such case, please send us a return request, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, to EcoJeannie Customer Service at customerservice@arrowindinc.com with the following information. 1. (in Subject line) Return Request , Order Number # 000000 2. (in Content space) Item Description , Number of items to return, Reason for return, and how you want the return to be processed, refund, EcoJeannie Credit, or Replacement. We will send you a Return Authorization and a Shipping Label If you have received goods damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a Return Authorization and a Shipping Label. Please send back the item in the original packaging.
